Alamance County, NC -- The company that assisted with Alamance County's Property Revaluations is suing the county.
The owner of RS&M Appraisals says the county owes him a final payment of $13,750.
County leaders are holding the money because they think RS&M overcharged them by $306,000.
They originally contracted a base fee of $275,000.
The county has 30 days to file an answer or other motions.
Commissioners wanted the company's owner to answer questions about the revaluation, but so far, he has not responded.
