Take charge of your health by following three simple steps that will help ensure that breast cancer is detected early and at its most treatable stage.

1. Breast Self Exam
Routine self examinations can help you become aware of how your breasts normally feel so that you can easily detect any change. Learn more about how to properly perform a breast self exam.

2. Clinical Breast Exam
Make sure that a breast exam is included as part of your annual physical. If you have experienced or noticed any changes in your breasts since your last physical, be sure to share these with your doctor.
