Babies at Women's Hospital get pumpkin hats.
Greensboro, NC-- They're not old enough to trick or treat but doesn't mean they can't enjoy being part of the moment.
That's just what babies born on Halloween at Women's Hospital hospital are doing! Proud parents and their babies are enjoying Halloween moments thanks to a special treat.
Each infant is getting a smiling pumpkin hat made by the hospital volunteers.
"No ghouls of goblins here, just sweet treats to last a lifetime," says Ginger Penley, Director, Volunteer Services, Women's Hospital. "The caps are a great way for our volunteers to show their caring spirits during a fun time of year."
As of 5pm on Wednesday, Doug Allred with Cone Hospital said there were 13 babies born so far on Halloween.
