Greensboro, NC -- The community was stunned when a seemingly healthy high school basketball star collapsed on the court and died.
Josh Level was a junior at New Garden Friends School in Greensboro. He died in February.
His father, Joseph Level, said Josh died myocarditis, a virus that attacks the heart.
On Wednesday, Josh would have been 18 years old.
Josh's family and friends are making sure his legacy stays alive.

They're starting the Josh Level Foundation. It's still in the early stages, but there will be two components.
The Josh Level Foundation will strive to limit bullying and also, to get student athletes involved in helping students with special needs.
Josh's friends are selling wristbands to support the Foundation.
