FORSYTH COUNTY, N.C. -- Forsyth County Sheriff Bill Schatzman and his department own two vintage, authentic Tommy Guns, worth at least $30,000 a piece.

They got the guns from Reynolds Tobacco, which used them to protect their employees cash on payday.

The sheriff says they'll sell or trade the guns to collectors and use the money to buy 88 AR-15 assault rifles for their deputies
