THOMSAVILLE, N.C. -- Two furniture plants will close in Thomasville.
The closure will impact Heritage Home Group's Plant C and Plant C Area 100. The buildings are located at 405 E. Main St. and 505 County Line Rd.
The company sent out a letter informing workers they will lose their jobs March 21 when the facilities close. The company letter said the closing is due to "business circumstances."
The Davidson County Economic Development Commission estimates the closings will affect about 120 workers.
WFMY News 2 contacted the Heritage Home Group, but the company said they have no plans to comment on this now or in the future.
