CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WCNC) -- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is offering a $10,000 reward to anyone who has information leading to the arrest of a man they think is responsible for the armed robbery of several Cook Out restaurants.

A Cook Out on East Innes Street in Salisbury is the latest restaurant robbed. Salisbury police said a man shot out a window Saturday morning around 6:30 a.m. and robbed an employee.

This follows similar robberies of Cook Out restaurants in Lincoln County, Charlotte, and Indian Trail.

Lincoln County sheriff's deputies reported the first armed robbery at the Cook Out on Hwy. 73 in Denver on December 22.

Deputies said around 7 a.m., a man dressed in black shot out the glass in a door and entered the restaurant. He forced the manager to open the safe and took the money in it before leaving in a red, four-door Honda or Toyota.

The next robbery happened Monday, January 13, at the Cook Out on Sardis Road North. Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said a man dressed in black entered the restaurant around 7:05 a.m. and robbed employees. He was carrying a light blue duffel bag.

Two days later, a Cook Out in Indian Trail was also hit.

The suspects in each robbery shared a similar description and methods, and police believe the robberies are related.

Police in all four cities ask anyone who has information to call them or CrimeStoppers.

In Charlotte, the number for CrimeStoppers is 704-334-1600; in Salisbury, it's 866-639-5245.
