Three different buildings on South Street were involved in fires that are investigated as arson. The first fire occured at Brays Recapping where a truck filled with tires was set on fire. Additionally, a Bray's Recapping building was set on fire. The truck and its contents were completely destroyed and the building suffered minor damage. The second and most significant fire occured at the Rabbit Hole Thrift Store. This building was completely destroyed by the fire. The third fire occcured in a small shed behind Marshall's Furniture. There was no damage to the Furniture Store itself. All three buildings are owned by Bray Properties. The property manager told News 2 he "doesn't have any idea" who would intentionally set the fires.
